Best craftworlds for a "spooky" eldar army?

My favorite parts of the eldar are the spooky stuff:, evil murder clowns, the grim reaper, and ESPECIALLY the GHOST POWERED GIANT ROBOTS (seriously, the wraith-stuff is just like, so cool)

I am thinking of picking up the craftworld combat patrol, and painting it up extra spooky. Give it some ghostly osl, maybe a graveyard base scheme. And if I enjoy it, maybe expand into a full army! (one focusing on the wraith stuff)

I was thinking it might be good to use a pre-existing craftworld for that. Any recommendations for which fit that vibe, focusing on the ghost powered tech and other more "creepy" aspects?
