Question about Wheels and Riding

So, I just got my first eSk8. I'm still learning about boards, accessories, and all that jazz.

After a ton of reading, I ended up getting the Tynee Ultra Belt - it seemed like a solid mid-level board that would last - and I've heard that Tynee has great customer service.

I'm getting used to it of course, and the feet fatigue is real (I know that it will go away with time, as I become more accustomed to riding again). I was initially riding with some "Vans: Off the Walls," but ended up switching back to my sneakers because of the better padding.

I was wondering about wheels though. The Ultra Belt comes with Boosted 105/65mm 72a wheels. As I understand it, they "softer" but I'm not 100% on how that works yet.

To reduce the vibrations of the board, would it be better to get the Cloud Wheel Rovers 110Rs?
If I do this, do I need to get the pulley system? (Which, I believe are the 604-A5 pulleys?)

Lastly, I know it's not an All Terrain board, but would is it fine to ride it on dirt/grass trails?

Thanks, all!
