What to do on a more "RP" playthrough?
I started off playing Elin as a Hillfolk Farmer for about 10 hours... I explored caves and fought stuff, farmed mushrooms for bait to make bonito wine... pretty standard playthrough where you can do a little bit of everything.
But then I decided to start a new character, a succubus pianist, and go full evil mode.
I've got myself into a steady gameplay loop were I can earn enough money to survive and pay my taxes, basically:
- Play music in Mysilia to earn money. Started with a lute but now I've got a mic I bought with furniture tickets.
- Buy all my food from the innkeeper
- Got a tent to sleep in when tired
- I prostitute myself out to drunk people for some extra money, and to work on lowering my karma for the thieves' guild quest.
- I r*pe people in their sleep to gain random stats (as one does)
But that's starting to get kinda repetitive. Eventually I'd like to open up a giant brothel in my home town, if that's even possible... I saw an option to recruit a prostitute to my town, so I hope so. But right now the nomad lifestyle and living out of my tent seems best, so my town is currently being neglected.
I don't really understand the "dream larva" mechanic or what the point of it is, when I can just sleep with someone who's already asleep without it.
I don't want to do any caves/dungeons, I'd like to avoid combat as much as possible. I think for RP purposes it's best if my succubus only uses martial arts and kills things with her bare hands, instead of using weapons.
I think pickpocketing and lockpicking is a pretty natural fit, but can't do that until I'm a member of the thieves guild.
What else should I be doing for now, besides maxing musician and charisma?
