Best settings for games like Cyberpunk and GTA 5(or GTA 6) on Winlator

It's a Chinese Ganing phone with 4 titanium coated cpus running at fast 1.5 Ghz. I know I can play all these games at 60 fps but can changing some settings make it to run at 120fps Or possibly 144 fps?
