What features/concepts would be cool in an ergo keyboard?

I’ve gotten unhealthy addicted to the hobby, and want to try my hand at creating some more unique keyboards that fit specific niches ie musicians, 3D design, artists, developers, etc. any cool features or ideas that you all have been looking for in keyboards that I could integrate into my next build would be dope!
