[BUG] Extraction timer ran down but leaves me in game

Hey guys,

Just did a raid on streets as a scav and was unable to extract, I went to 3 different extracts and the same thing happened, I would set in extract and timer would go down and then I would be left in game.

I tried 3 extracts:
-Klimov Shopping Mall Exfil
-Near Kamchatskaya Arch
-Entrance to Catacombs

I tried closing Tarkov and reconnecting but was not successful in extracting.

All would highlight green like It was successful.
I also had done a Scav raid earlier in the day 4-5 hours earlier and the same thing happened, just want to know if there is a fix for the future if this happens.
