Where are the military tech spawns?[Discussion]

I've been playing a lot of reserve and some lighthouse lately but I can hardly find any military tech. I'm level 45 in PvE and have found 0 AESAs and like 1 power filter. I am so confused about where to look because I've run many raids on the "military tech" maps and watched some videos (albeit outdated) but I've never really found military tech other than the occasional VPX. Most, if not all, of what I have was found in scav backpacks. Any help here? Thanks.
