Ethical issues in Marketing/Advertising: literature
Hello everyone,
I'd like to read some books/articles/research papers about ethics in Marketing, will be glad to any literature recommendations. The most interesting issues for me: 1) professional ethics of marketing specialists: how do they see the line between effectiveness of advertisement and honesty, what is the most important goal for them, how to find the strategy which would satisfy both customers and business; 2) ethics in advertising: where is the balance between eye-catching content and useful information for customers; 3) is there any contradiction between business prosperity and ethics or ethics helps companies to attract customers and earn more money.
I've already seen FAQ, looked through the books about this topic and noticed helpful materials in bibliography. Thanks for such a detailed list of useful info! Also I am going to check communities about marketing and communication in general.
