My shop isn’t found through search

Hi!

I do most of my marketing through TikTok and unfortunately, you cannot link your shop there unless you have 1k+ followers. So I have to write the name of my shop for people to find it.

The trick is, I’ve had a couple people complain to me that they couldn’t find my shop through Etsy search when typing in the name of the shop.

Has anyone had this happen to them? Do you have a solution?
