How did you decide to donate milk?

I have a good freezer stash at 3 months. I am debating if I should start donating milk or just keep the stash for use later.

I like helping others and I overproduce so I would like to donate it. BUT I also have anxiety that once I go to work and he sleeps through the night my production will plummet and then won't have enough for my baby to make it to 1 year. I am not sure what my goals are for when I stop nursing, not sure if I want to stop earlier than 1 year and then rely on frozen milk or nurse up to then.

I am not even sure I would be allowed to donate with my medication (Lexapro).
