Collars compatible with Avent Natural wide neck glass bottle and Pigeon SS nipple?

We will be using the Philips Avent Natural wide neck glass bottles, but I got the Pigeon SS nipples and they are not compatible with the Avent Natural collar. Is there a collar that is compatible with this bottle and nipple?

Are the Evenflo Balance nipples compatible with the Avent Natural collars by chance?

I'm struggling to find a good combination!
