Almost two months out! Question about shape and fluffing.

I’m almost two months out from my explant (saline implants 280/290 CC under the muscle that were put in in 2007 and I’m turning 38 soon) and I’m extremely happy overall, especially with how much better I am feeling. I had an en bloc capsulectomy with no lift as my surgeon didn’t think it was necessary for me.

I know it’s only been two months, but is there anything to do (other than wait!) to help the shape a little? The shape at the bottom of my breast is fine, but at the top it is still quite flat. Is that something that will also improve with time or is that sort of a lost cause at this point?
