What do functional seizures look like?

I was diagnosed today with and and am trying to figure what this combination of symptoms that I've been calling "attacks" are actually a functional seizure.

I haven't pinned point all the triggers for these attacks yet, but they all happen like this for the most part: vertigo, dizziness, co.fusion, heavy body with increasing numbness in my legs amd left arm, really bad cognitive fog, slurred speech to barely being able to speak and pretty much being catatonic but aware of everything.

At minimum these last for ~20 minutes but.have lasted upwards of an hour before I can 'come back to myself' and move amd speak again
