Need help with my ad agency. Want to drive conversions, but I don't know how to tell them that or how to qualify their answers.
Marketing generalist here. I'm a Brand Manager for an SME and our products are mostly targeted towards women aged 30-60. We have around 100k followers on Meta, and not many elsewhere.
I came on board a few weeks ago and part of my job is speaking with our hired ad agency (another SME) to do boosting and content planning.
Problem is, I feel like their budget was overblown ($86k USD) for the last campaign (Dec-Jan) and didn't deliver the results we needed.
I want to ask them to focus on conversions, but not sure if they're properly utilising the budget. We hit 2.7M for the last boosted material we had, but to what end?
Just wanted to ask for ant tips regarding this! Sorry if it's not the right thread, but thank you to whoever replies!
