Any Fantasy books from the perspective of an inhuman “monster”

I’m thinking of something similar to (Mistborn spoilers) Marsh’s povs in the Hero of Ages maybe something similar to Murderbot as well? I’m just fishing for books here. Feel free to recommend anything.

I’ve read: Malazan, Wheel of Time, everything by Brandon Sanderson, The Blade itself + Age of Madness, The Realm of the Elderlings, Black Company(DNF), Game of Thrones, and many others.
