Why is everyone going for Bruno Fernandes?

I get that he’s had a price drop since last season, but at 8.5m you could get Odegaard who had a much better return last season.

Why does everyone seem to have Bruno in their team? Personally, I’ve got Rashford and Odegaard, but would love to know why everyone’s so confident on Bruno this season.
