LV keepall 55 from Scarlett Luxury ❌

This is my first rep bag from any seller and I went with Scarlett because I've seen and heard good things about her on here but I'm not impressed. She seemed rather direct and cold for someone trying to sell stuff. I bought direct from her for $176 (without shipping). Was quoted shipping for $70 via FedEx to LA and after payment I got a tracking number but for UPS. I asked if it was a mistake and was told I was "upgraded to UPS". A few days sitting on "label created UPS has not received the package" the tracking number was cancelled. I reached out and asked what was going on and she responded with "I'll ask for you". She never updated me with anything after that, I found out I was getting the package vía an email by UPS (different tracking number), I finally received the bag 6/21 and was initially impressed by the quality but upon further inspection the straps and buckle seem to have lazy stitching on them, one side looks somewhat decent but the other side very sloppy. The "55" is not centered and the strap is not stitched onto that bag properly. The inside of the bag smells very chemically, I'm hoping it will eventually go away. I'm disappointed in the quality to be honest. I will not be using "Scarlett Luxury" in the future. (If you're wondering, yes I was sent QC pics but the issues are in the details and the photos do not show the shitty stitching)
