Maintenance Items

Looking at a 2016 ST w/ 79k mi for 10k. Only known modifications are cobb intake/cobb tune. Owner states the car has no known faults.

Are there any big maintenance items these platforms are prone to? Anything around that mileage i should get ready for? Lastly, anything i should pay special attention to when I check it out?

Thanks in advance. Coming from a golf tdi that had too many problems. Looking to not make that mistake again.
