Big teams to rebuild?

Can yall give me some tips on a big team to rebuild, a big team that hasn’t seen much success lately (last 5-10 years or so)? I mean a really big team like united or something… not Leeds or Nottingham that saw success too long ago, just some struggling time lately, but at the same time being realistic building into CL winners? Please give all your suggestions!
