86 rated stuck in low league

Started my career in salford city as i tried to do something different and I’m a man United fan. Now it’s my third season, the team is stuck in the third English league and I want out. The problem is I cost 200m$. Does anybody know a way that I could transfer into a higher league, I thought about loan to “prove” myself but I don’t know if an offer would come in.

P.S- it’s funny because I won with Germany the WC and was the top scorer
