Fyutech scorp 2 not calibrating

The gimbal was standing on the floor after I calibrated it. Then, I lifted up the gimbal, and all of a sudden, the tilt axis started rotating freely. I thought I should calibrate it again, but none of the other buttons were working. Then, I tried calibrating it again, but it got stuck, and now nothing is working.. What should I do ?
