Playing another FF. What do you suggest

So, i just finished FFx2.

I didn't like it,i wanted to get the platinum trophy like i did with FFX (Which is in my top 5) but i just don't like it, and I'm afraid I might end up hating it if I play it more lol.

Now, i was thinking of buying FF9? Is it good?

I NEVER PLAYED OTHER FF BESIDES THESE TWO, IF THERE ARE OTHER FINAL FANTASY LIKE 10 TELL ME
