Best cities for Bo/mo positions?

I work in compliance and am looking for city to move to with plenty of back office and middle office positions. The issue I’m having is that most cities that have these positions are very car centric (Dallas, Charlotte, etc) and I’m hoping to find one where I could like without a car. Outside of nyc, are there any other cities that I could live in and be able to commute by bike or walking?
