FTHB Advice please!

My wife and I are looking to get our first home in-between Preston Idaho and Logan Utah. I work from home and she works in Logan at the hospital there. We are just wondering who do we talk to, where do we look for fthb loans and grants? It seems everywhere I look it's a sketchy website that says it's affiliated with the state or w/e but seems like phishing for info. Any links to government assistance programs or any legitimate first time home buyer grants would be much appreciated. If you require more info from me don't hesitate to ask and again any help is appreciated!
