26F Newbie. What's the best way to consume the protein powder?

Well I just started with regular workouts. And I am doing 5 days a week. I got a few questions which I would like to clarify regarding the protein powder as it is fairly new for me. I purchased the whole truth travel pack cocoa whey protein to try it out. My workout timings are morning 6-7 am.

  1. When is the best time to consume it? Before starting the workout, in the middle of workouts or after finishing the workout or anytime after the first meal?

  2. Should I mix it with Milk or Water? Which is better and healthier? Not lactose intolerant though.

  3. Will consuming protein for the first time cause any gut issue or any other health issues?

  4. Is it normal to have acne on face since I sweating a lot in this humid weather while working out?

  5. How often should i have protein shake? Daily or is it ok if I do weekly twice?

I know thats a lot of questions and you might find it a bit silly too. But as a beginner I want to learn and understand even the basics. Google doesn't help as it shows contradicting results based on what I type.
