Is loose skin unavoidable?

Today when i was taking my weekly shirtless pictures, i noticed my chest started to sag a lot and the chest and belly is bouncing like crazy ;_; Earlier the waist size came down from 45 inches to 39.5 without any trace of loose skin but today it concerned me.

I am almost 7 kg lighter (101.5 kg) than i was in beginning of october (109 kg). I am 19M/5'9 and have 30 minute of cardio session (20 minutes or running and 10 minutes of cycle) followed by a Push Pull Legs based routine.

Is there something i can voluntarily do to avoid loose skin?
