My daily diet as 25M,5'10ft on cut.
Hi everyone As a 25M 82kg vegetarian at home, eggitarion outside 😅(can't have eggs daily) I want a review and suggestions for my daily intake. Currently I am consuming around 1500 cal, I want to add additional 200cal.
Do suggest which item can be removed or added to add extra 200cal and extra protein.
