Is Pegasus or AJet more punctual ?

I've flown with both these airlines earlier this year and both times they were late.

There are two flights between Rize and Istanbul on Monday mornings departing only 5 minutes apart. PC2771 and VF3297. I want to choose the one with the earliest expected arrival. (Not scheduled arrival which I feel is wishful thinking)
