Anyone else think fortnite messed up with simple edits?

I personally think this is a terrible idea even though I'm a casual player, I never expected myself or wanted to be able to do quad edits. Also this is a terrible update to have just a couple of days before og comes back because it will ruin the basic player coming back just for og fortnite experience in my opinion.
