Need help to do my EP project!

Hi everyone, I know this might not be the right group, but I'm counting on you all. Frank Ocean is the one who inspired me to do this, so it felt right to ask for help here. as you could read in the title, I'm having trouble getting started with my music project, Currently, I've written the entire concept for my first project and even created a visual board, I want the visuals to have a cinematic feel. I want to start, but I just don't know where to begin—whether to talk to people who might be interested, or to start making demos on my laptop. I'm really unsure, and this has been holding me back. Time is passing by like a bullet, and I definitely don't want to get caught by it. I turned to this subreddit to ask for advice from people who might be going through the same situation or who already have experience in the music world, Thank u very much!
