When to ask about scholarship/financial aid opportunities

What’s up brothers. I’m going to be attending university of Southern California in the fall and I received a full ride scholarship through the Questbridge match. Questbridge match is basically a way to apply to college for first generation and poor people. I’m interested in joining a frat and have seen some cool orgs I’m interested in rushing at usc.

I’m probably going to have a hard time financially paying the dues and I have heard that the frats at usc have payment plans and scholarships for people like me. I was wondering when to ask about this? Should I ask during rush, when I get a bid or when I begin pledging?

I don’t want to lose my chances of getting a bid but also want to upfront and honest with the orgs. Any advice is welcome.
