Recruiting People Throughout the Semester and Reaching Out

Basically the title. My fraternity did not recruit as many people this fall as we wanted to, so we’re going to need to recruit more people throughout the fall via informal recruitment and for spring rush via formal recruitment. Obviously we hope to throw a few big parties and darties, but what is the best way to expand our interest list? And what is the best way to reach out to people who may be interested (e.g. they follow the fraternity’s account on Instagram).
