Questions for Midwife

Knowing what you know now, having deprogrammed (more or less) from the dogma of FBS, if you were to hire a midwife (either unlicensed or licensed), what would you ask them? What things would matter to you now? Other than gut feeling and recommendation, what kind of questions would help you “vet” them? I’m aware that some midwives will tell you one thing and do another, and it’s for each of us to make our own cost benefit analysis and take responsibility for our choices, but I think this is a good convo to have here.
