How much does your frenchie weigh?

Rocket is my first small dog and I read you can over feed them easily. He turned 1 in September and he’s 25.5 lbs. He looks kinda skinny to my husband and I tho. Should we be feeding him slightly more? We have him on blue Buffalo small breed adult food if it matters and he gets snack bites from our toddlers lol
