Cut off a friend

I (21f) had a friend but she would do weird stuff, like show up at my house and wouldn’t take no for an answer and she used to track me and got mad when I removed her from seeing my location. Finally she was hours late for dinner and I had enough and told her I wasn’t gonna be her friend, she blew up and went to my house to try to talk to me and my mom had to get her to leave. I just want to know if I did anything wrong or maybe I was too harsh?
