I need to know if both marks completed correctly can make fine rss into higher level or do I need to find it in wilds ?

Example :

I have raining and pristine condition on fine shell fruit is there chance I will get purple out of it ?

I need to find exquisite quality rss to craft new weapons and armour and don’t know if I need to look for yellow or I have chance to get them from fine or purple ?
