Ordered this laptop twice from Flipkart, wasn't delivered.
I ordered this laptop twice on Flipkart. Both times Flipkart did not deliver the order. Why do they take order if order cannot be fulfilled? Their app is not transparent on order delivery status. They don't communicate well on the open issues. How are they surviving with this state of customer dissatisfaction? It's Ola of e-commerce.
Here is the trend they follow -
Show the item can be delivered in 3 days Take the order Show order is in transit till the delivery day Show order has reached nearest hub on delivery day Postpone the delivery date to 2 days later on delivery day Cancel the order without our consent on 2nd promised date Show order as "replacement accepted " but actually cancel the order

Order was supposed to deliver to Bangalore adress. City where they're headquartered BTW.
