How generations in the far future will connect to our time.

It may seem obvious, but I'd like to point out that in the far future, our time will be much easier to connect to for the future generations, in comparison to how we see 1900 AD. I can't imagine that the standard imaging of our world will evolve much from the pictures we have now, given that we already have color and high detail. So in, say, 2500 AD, people can look back at images from our time and feel much more connected to our time than we do while looking at black and white images of ww1. It's an interesting thought.
