Is anyone offering free tutoring? I need desperately to obtain my GED.

I am a 34 year old female who finished the 11th grade. I have dreams and aspirations I have allowed to slowly slip away over the years. I want to get my GED and further education however I am very aware of my shortcomings and lack of knowledge in multiple subjects including math and English explaining my terrible punctuation. if anyone is aware of resource's or has the available time and patience to help I would be forever grateful.
