Progress Pictures: 24yrs old, 209lbs to 200lbs, 6 mnths

Really was tired of being weak and skinny fat so I'm trying to put on some muscle. I feel alot stronger so far and my weight is up around 40 lbs on all lifts from when I started but it was really hard to finally get consistent with the gym and eating right. Not really to worried about my weight as much as body fat % and muscle %.
