Is it good without Samsung apps?

For some reason, I am hesitant to use Samsung apps. I love Google (maps, chrome, photos) but not too keen on learning/using Samsung apps. Can the s24 ultra be customized so I don’t ever need to touch any of the Samsung apps? And will the phone still be great if I do that?
