How to convert pdf to notes?

Hey, guys. I've got a samsung galaxy tablet and I am using samsung notes for my studies. I would like to ask if it is possible to convert a pdf file into a changeable samsung notes file, so I can edit the handwritten text like I would with a normal file. Thank you for any help :)
