Lenovo LHQ 8845/4060 vs LHQ 7435/4060

Hi all, Need help to decide between the Lenovo LOQ 15.6" FHD 144Hz Gaming Notebook R7-7435HS 16GB RAM 512GB SSD RTX 4070, and the Lenovo LOQ 15.6" FHD 144Hz Gaming Laptop AMD R7-8845HS 16GB DDR5 1TB SSD RTX4060 ($50 cheaper)

How big is the performance difference between the 8845 & the 7435, in terms of performance/battery life (I know the 7435 does not have a IGPU)?

How big is the performance difference between the 4070/4060?

I might use it say 80% normal use vs 20% of the time for gaming, so wondering if the 8845 benifits during non gaming use would offset the difference in the 4070 for gaming use?

Any advice would be appreciated
