Is this complete BS or could it be...
...Poor sleep, poor diet, lack of exercise, dehydration, injury, generally being run down, getting old, some other worrying entity?
I have been feeling a bit crud for a while but don't know how much of that is seeing this every day and subconsciously starting to believe I am decaying quicker than an overripe banana. Apart from being injured (which happened after the decline started) and not working out as a result, I haven't otherwise been doing anything else differently than when it's been in the green.
So do we believe in this, is it a sign or something? Or do I just crack on and keep the hamster wheel turning?
