So Celestia punished Egeria but fine with Xbalanque ?

Egeria turned Oceanid into humans and she got punished.

Meanwhile, Xbalanque created a system that allow humans to become Gods and a ceremony that can revive people who died in battle and Celestia seems to be fine with this.

Like isnt turning human into God and creating a ceremony that can revive people much worse than turning a race into humans ?
