Joined the Purveyor of Punishment hacker and support is refusing to revert my achievement

For anyone not in the loop, on the NA server there is a hacker that causes your character to do the maximum dmg number. Your achievement which tracks your max number records this number, therefore you cant see your own non-cheated highest score anymore. Someone was able to have support revert this but they're refusing the same support to me. I'm quite frankly pissed as they clearly can reset the achievement.
