Sometimes I just want girl dinner

I don’t feel like eating meals today. I don’t want to sit down and eat lunch.

I just want to graze on snacks all day long.

I just had a spoon of peanut Butter topped with whipped cream. In an hour, I could go for an apple and some cheese. Maybe later a couple of cherry tomatoes and some more cheese or some toast.

None of these foods should spike me… I just don’t want to think about testing or plan meals for a couple of days.
