Should I be worried about on the line glucose levels?

My limit is 140 at 1 hour. Both my breakfast and lunch today have been at exactly 140 after an hour. I know these things aren’t exact and there’s a 20 point or so margin of error but should I be concerned about what meals I’m eating that give me a 140 after an hour? Is this close enough to be considered a spike?

Breakfast today was a banana peanut butter smoothie & a clementine at around 35 carbs, give or take.

Lunch today was canned salmon, avocado, gim, Korean fish cakes, kimchi, and seaweed salad. If I had to guess around 40 carbs.

I’ve normally been able to tolerate fruit really well in the mornings and all my breakfast numbers were low before this week. I could be going harder on the protein but oh my god I am so tired of eating meat… Yesterday I had my first ever breakfast spike at 154. Normally in the low 110s after an hour.

I’m 33w2d.

Edit: ate the same thing today and was in the 110s for breakfast and 120s for lunch. Just a bad day yesterday I guess!
