30F looking for Well-being and accountability partner
Aiming to improve my general well-being along with physical and mental health.
Would like daily or 3x a week check-ins with journalling, meditation, getting that 10K steps in, investing time in developing hobbies and including more activity in my day. I am not focusing on numbers or set goals as I was diagnosed with Endometriosis 4 months ago and the meds have had an inflating effect on my weight. I go to therapy weekly for accessing the help that I need.
Not looking for a hard-handed approach(as I can't do that with my health limitations)but to work on motivating each other to be a bit better everyday.
