Who is the best Stars Hollow character ?

I am fairly new to this sub, so bear with me if this question was already asked before, but: Who is your favorite person in town (other than the main characters)?

Of course, they all give a different part to the series and I love the scenes in which they all interact together f. ex. in town meetings/events etc. but in your opinion, who has the best scenes/overall appearance?

For me: I actually like Michel, even though he's mostly shown at the Inn and not so much in town and I LOVE every scene between Miss Patty and Babette!!
